Stacy
Montgomery is a registered American
Council on Exercise (ACE), Personal Trainer located in Denver,
Colorado.
Stacy has recently published a new fitness book
FIT FOR GOLF
- Gain Strength Power and Flexibility
which is specifically aimed at helping golfers
improve their game by targeting workouts specifically chosen for the
demands of the game.
Stacy Montgomery trains golfers at
all levels of ability and, regardless of their handicap, the
individuals she works with feel their training program has
positively impacted their golf game. She has been personal training
for over 12 years and is passionate about helping individuals
improve their fitness level, sports performance and quality of life.
Stacy has a degree from the
University of Minnesota. She is certified by the American Council on
Exercise, is an IDEA Master Level Trainer, and was noted as one of
the nation’s top trainers in the March 2003 issue of Self Magazine.
Stacy’s training program is based out of two country clubs in the
metro Denver area of Colorado.
Stacy sets a good
example for her clients by living a healthy and active lifestyle.
She always schedules time for her own workouts including weight
training, cycling and preparing for a yearly 26.2 mile marathon.
She also enjoys snowshoeing, water-skiing, downhill skiing (she is a
former ski instructor) and spending time with her husband and two
Labrador retrievers.
